Google Survey Version Form: 1. Open this training evaluation template 2. Under the "File" menu, select "Make a copy..." 3. Label your copy for the specific event you want to evaluate.a 4. TFI: Overall Fidelity Measure of MTSS-BSWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI v2.1)
This tool is used to measure overall progress on MTSS-B implementation at each school. Schools are encouraged to update their TFI on PBIS Assessments at least 4 times a year for progress monitoring and action planning.

- The PDF gives full explanation of the tool and all measures. SLTs must establish consensus on the current scores, and then the SLT leader can enter those scores in PBIS Assessments. Contact your MTSS-B Trainer to open the survey window.
